This is a used guitar that is fully functional. It is a 1965 with the "dolphin" headstock. Silvertone/Danelectro didn't make many with the dolphin headstock, so these are a little more sought after. The pickup sounds great, and this bass is easy to play. It has that super cool vintage vibe and tone. About half of the vinyl side covering is missing, as shown in the photos. There are dings and scratches throughout the body, neck, and headstock, as is common with a guitar of this age. Original hardshell case is included. The case is cracked in the back two corners, from opening too wide. We have tried to show this in the photos. This would be a fantastic entry into a vintage instrument at a more affordable price than most from this era. Definitely a players grade instrument with lots of stories to tell and plenty more life left. The frets have minimal wear, and the strings ring out clearly across the board.
